Thank you for shopping at Veda Aquarium! We are dedicated to delivering your order promptly and securely. Please find below the details of our shipping policy:
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Some orders may also be delayed due to fish quarantine procedures.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Packing Details
Dry goods (such as food, medicine, filters, lights, and live plants) are packed in cotton boxes. All products are inspected and verified before packing and dispatch.
Damage & DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
If items are damaged during shipping and become unusable, they are covered under our DOA claim policy.
If any live fish die during transit, we will process a claim and replace them in your next order.
Important: A clear unboxing video clip is required to process any DOA claims.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details. The tracking number will be activated after 12 hours.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days for domestic shipping, 3-5 business days for parts of south india, 4-7 business days for parts of north india and 7-8 days for parts of north east india.
Orders to be collected in the courier centre in some rural places.

In-Store Pickup
Skip the shipping fee with free local pickup.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will notify you via email when it’s ready, along with pickup instructions.
Pickup Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM on business days.
Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
