At Veda Aquarium, we want to ensure a smooth return process for all customers. Please read the following guidelines for returning items:
1. Return Eligibility

Return Period: All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your product.

Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Condition: A clear Unboxing video demonstrating the product condition and explaining the reason for the return is required for processing.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. If these costs are not covered upfront, the amount will be deducted from the total refund.
3. Product Inspection

Once the returned product is received, we will conduct an inspection to verify its condition based on the submitted video and actual product state.

Credit Issuance: After a successful inspection, a credit or refund amount will be processed in accordance with our refund policy within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Food, Fish, Medicine, Fragile, Plants cannot be returned.
5. Warranty

None of the products has warranty or guarantee.
6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted before the dispatch, once dispatched no cancellations accepted.

- If Cancellations are processed, then 15% of amount will be deducted from the total bill.
- Courier charges will not be refunded.
