Refund policy

At Veda Aquarium, we want to ensure a smooth return process for all customers. Please read the following guidelines for returning items:

 

1. Return Eligibility

• Return Period: All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your product.

• Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of Condition: A clear Unboxing video demonstrating the product condition and explaining the reason for the return is required for processing.

 

2. Return Process

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. If these costs are not covered upfront, the amount will be deducted from the total refund.

 

3. Product Inspection

• Once the returned product is received, we will conduct an inspection to verify its condition based on the submitted video and actual product state.

• Credit Issuance: After a successful inspection, a credit or refund amount will be processed in accordance with our refund policy within 7-10 business days.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Food, Fish, Medicine, Fragile, Plants cannot be returned.

 

5. Warranty

• None of the products has warranty or guarantee.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations accepted before the dispatch, once dispatched no cancellations accepted.

• If Cancellations are processed, then 15% of amount will be deducted from the total bill.
• Courier charges will not be refunded.
• Credit Issuance: A credit or refund amount will be processed in accordance with our refund policy within 7-10 business days.
