1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days (shipping is not possible on Saturday & Sunday) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination location, and selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs for your order at checkout before making a payment.

3. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses all over india only. If your country or region is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen delays in transit.

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment online or through our website's order tracking page.

Returns policy

At Veda Aquarium, we want to ensure a smooth return process for all customers. Please read the following guidelines for returning items:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your product.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Condition: A clear Unboxing video demonstrating the product condition and explaining the reason for the return is required for processing.

 

2. Return Process

  • Once the returned product is received, we will conduct an inspection to verify its condition based on the submitted video and actual product state.

  • Credit Issuance: After a successful inspection, a credit or refund amount will be processed in accordance with our refund policy within 7-10 business days.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Food, Fish, Medicine, Fragile, Plants cannot be returned.

5. Warranty

  • None of the products has warranty or guarantee.
